The Máxima Center has the first as organizer and host institution. ISLCCC brings together the latest research findings and insights from clinical practice and experience in an inspiring program. The goal of this symposium is to promote international research collaborations to improve survivorship care throughout the world.
Exchange
ISLCCC 2022 will be held on Thursday July 8 and Friday July 9 at the Princess Máxima Center in a hybrid format. So you can also participate online. The emphasis is on the exchange of innovative ideas between (pediatric) oncologists, scientists, psychologists, radiotherapists, nurse specialists, oncology nurses, primary care providers, survivors and other paramedical care providers from around the world. All participants will receive an update and education on topics such as fertility, communicating health risks, early aging, neurocognitive and psychological interventions, and guidelines for late effects of childhood cancer by (inter)national speakers. Presentations from the Máxima Center include: prof. dr. Martha Grootenhuis, dr. Marianne van de Wetering, Irene IJgosse MSc, dr. Renée Mulder. The conference is organized in collaboration with international partners by prof. dr. Leontien Kremer, dr. Heleen van der Pal and dr. Rianne Koopman.
