Hans Clevers elected as Foreign Member of the Royal Society

Hans Cleveres, scientific director of the Princess Máxima Center, has been elected a Foreign Member of the Royal Society. The Royal Society is a prestigious fellowship including many excellent scientists from all over the world. Foreign Members are elected for life.
The Royal Society is a fellowship with approximately 1600 Fellows and Foreign Members. Amongst them are 80 Nobel Laureates. From a group of 700 candidates, 52 Fellows and 10 Foreign Members are elected to join the Royal Society.
