We are the Kids Advisory Board. A group of children aged between 10 and 20 years old. All of us have dealt with cancer in our own way. Either because we’ve had cancer ourselves or because someone close to us had or still has cancer. We want to make sure all children treated in the Princess Máxima Center feel as comfortable as possible here. We are somehow able to make that happen, because of our own experiences with cancer.
We made a short film to illustrate what we can offer the children treated in the Princess Máxima Center. In this film we’ll show you what we’ve accomplished so far. Did you know we co-decided on several aspects in the center, for example the food and drinks in the restaurant, the service uniforms and the decoration of our teenager lounge?
