Lutetium treatment
Children with a particular form of cancer are sometimes treated with radioactive lutetium. During this treatment, your child is nursed in isolation for at least one day.
The radioactivity in your child's body does not cease immediately after treatment. That is why you must adhere to a few rules for a while once back home. You can read more about these rules in the letter on the subject of Home rules after radiotherapy.
